What would you say are the key trends for this season?
The 'boyfriend jacket' is the key piece for your autumn wardrobe and looks equally stylish with jeans or over a dress for the evening - we have several styles and colours arriving in-store from Paul Smith, Armand Basi and Part Two.

Which do you think will be your best-selling item this month?
Our ToyWatch wrist watches - the must-have arm candy from Milan, beautifully designed in a range of colours and styles. They have a huge celebrity following.

What are your three hottest labels?
Day, Birger et Mikkelsen, Marilyn Moore and introducing Paul Smith fashion and accessories for autumn.

Is there a particular celebrity's style you admire and why?
Kate Bosworth always looks amazing. She has that effortless style and natural beauty of Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly but version 2010. She loves her MiH Marrakesh flares, which we have in three washes for autumn.

What's your best buy at the moment?
Our Steve Madden footwear from New York. He is huge in the States and we are so thrilled to have this iconic brand in-store.

Is there anything you would suggest for the guys?
Bullocks toiletries by Cowshed - the shower and body wash is gorgeous - which we have in-store for autumn alongside the now established main collection including candles and body products.

If someone was going to buy one key item this season, what should it be?
A crossover sling bag by Paul Smith in vintage swirl or an Orla Kiely laminate version.

Is there anyone in Surrey whose style you particularly admire?
This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford, who is the new face for O'Keefe on our website. Ruth is such a warm person and has an amazing sense of style. She is a regular at our Weybridge boutique.

In the competitive fashion industry, what do you think are the ingredients for success?
Exceptional service, a fantastic team, hard work and, naturally, a fabulous brand selection.

What would be your top tip for people visiting your store?
There is free parking outside both stores. In Esher, we are situated just up from Costa Coffee with the council offices and Sandown car parks all within five minutes of the store. In Weybridge, the York Road car park is two minutes away and is free on Saturdays.
