With the Rugby World Cup kicking off this month, sporting a piece of the official kit is de rigueur, and House of Fraser is the place to go locally.

As well as stocking official merchandise for the tournament, they also have exclusive collections from several top brands, and are themselves working with four leading players – Dan Biggar, Blair Cowan, Ian Madigan and Anthony Watson – on their own label, Howick.

Along with their general menswear range, Howick has also created limited edition rugby shirts for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, as well as South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, which will be available throughout the tournament.

Other brands to look out for include Canterbury, the official sportswear supplier for this year’s contest, who have supported rugby for over 110 years. Providing team kits for England, Ireland, Japan and Namibia, Canterbury has teamed up with House of Fraser to offer their training shirt, shorts and the full tracksuit – which can all be seen at England’s Pennyhill Park training base here in Surrey.

Also available at House of Fraser will be Sportfolio, who have created the range of official branded products for the tournament, including the England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales shirts. Standout pieces from their Webb Ellis Cup collection, made up of quilted gilets, fleece jackets and rugby shirts, will also be available.

New from Barbour this season is a special capsule collection, created in partnership with Land Rover, that celebrates this iconic sport. Featuring casual and outerwear, the campaign has been fronted by ex-England rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio.

And last but not least, Raging Bull combines heritage with inspired styling, and their latest collection is headed up by a man who knows what it takes to carry home a trophy, Phil Vickery MBE. Look out this autumn for their navy polo shirt with gold embroidered crest, exclusive to House of Fraser, which celebrates all the home nations’ teams.
