Five of the most memorable places to get married

  • So, Henry VIII didnt have much luck in the marriage stakes, but that doesnt mean that Hampton Court Palace in East Molesey isnt the perfect place to tie the knot. With plenty of room choices available, and the option to hold your reception there, too, you can create your own little piece of history.

  • Deep in the heart of nature, with peacocks roaming the sweeping landscape and doves soaring above the lovely walled gardens, the Grade II listed Northbrook Park estate provides an idyllic setting. Within the 120 acres, the Vine Room and Orangery can cater for between 120 and 200 guests.

  • Celebrating its 400th anniversary this year, the 17th century Ham House is magnificent. Steeped in history, The Great Hall is available for ceremonies for up to 60 guests, while receptions can take place in The Orangery, which can accommodate from 90 to 400 guests.

also providing a unique backdrop to the photos.
