What was your proudest moment?
Doing the laps of honour with the home crowd cheering!
Did you personally achieve what you hoped to?
Yes. We hoped to win and break the World Record. We didnt expect to break it in all three rounds though so that was a bonus.
Do you have a favourite memory?
Walking into the Olympic Stadium for the closing ceremony and seeing the huge crowd. We didnt go to the opening ceremony but I loved the closing!
Whats the funniest story you heard during the games?
When the French Cycling Team accused us of having magic wheels. I thought this was funny and also took it as a compliment that our whole squad were going well - the wheels were just standard Mavic wheels, which the other teams use.
Have you been tempted to try your hand at any of the other sports?
I am tempted to try triathlon! I used to do a bit of swimming and running back when I was at primary school so would like to try a triathlon. I would also really like to try rowing.
A good break a month off the bike and then another month of steady training just base miles. I am not sure of my race schedule but the next race may be the Glasgow World Cup in November.
