We’re now officially in British Summer Time: evenings are lighter and we’re already being spoilt with weekend sunshine. This is why summer is the perfect time to turn your focus to romance. Whether it’s a date for Wimbledon, Henley or that wedding, there’s no better time to get proactive about finding your match.

1. It’s all about real life meetings

If you have already exhausted your pool of friends then looking to a matchmaker is your next step. When the sun is out, no-one wants to be indoors, staring at their computers or phones. We want to be outdoors experiencing life and hopefully sharing it with someone. So, forget the apps and online chats, meet someone in real life who you have spoken to on the phone. Someone who has already been vetted by professionals, real people, not bots and algorithms. The only screen you should be concerned with is the sun-screen!

2. Motivation

In correlation with the online dating statistics, offline dating sees an increase in new members around this time of year. With the sun on their skin and a cool breeze in their hair, people are feeling more sensual and alive. This makes them feel ready and motivated to jump into dating again. Your personal matchmaker will be able to get you on countless dates with dedicated and like-minded people that we know you will get along well with.

3. Safety

Sadly, there are always people that try to take advantage of sensitive singles. When you join a personal introductions agency then you can be assured that everyone has been met in person, ID has been checked and members have signed a confidentiality agreement. This ensures that you have all the correct details and most importantly an up-to-date photograph, so you know exactly who you are meeting on your date!

4. Wedding season

Wedding season is fast approaching and if you can’t stand the thought of attending another wedding alone, and answering the dreaded question, “So why are you still single?”, then now is the time to take action. As well as finding you introductions a matchmaker can advise on all kinds of things from how to handle the various dating scenarios that might arise.

With a matchmaker, you can enjoy your summer and be outdoors whilst a professional does the searching. Let’s face it – who wants to stare at possible fake photographs on an app, when we can be riverside with a chilled glass of rose? Outsourcing your dating is the smart choice for those wishing to ditch their screens and head out to enjoy the summer. Who knows, next year’s wedding could be yours…
