Surrey Day set to return in 2020

PUBLISHED: 10:21 03 September 2019

After the success of the inaugural celebration in 2019, the county’s towns, villages and attractions will once again come together for Surrey Day on Saturday 2 May

The community initiative, led by Visit Surrey, BBC Surrey and Surrey Life, aims to put Surrey on the map and you are invited to get involved again for the 2020 celebration.

Last year's events included a street party at Silent Pool featuring Albury Organic Vineyard; a beacon lighting at Priory Farm with street food and live music; and free entry days for Surrey residents at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village in Compton, The Lightbox in Woking and other local attractions.
