One of the few Royal Air Force themed events marking the diamond jubilee, the RAF salutes the Queen at a Musical Salute in Guildford on Saturday June 23.

Led by the team behind the James Bond movies, spectacular pyrotechnics will accompany an air display by two RAF Tornados at Loseley Park.

As well as the incredible sounds in the sky, the chart topping and BAFTA nominated Military Wives Choir will perform songs from their No1 album In My Dreams.

One of the countrys top military bands, The Central Band of the Royal Air Force, will also play a selection of music choreographed to images, video and aircraft reflecting the RAFs royal connections over the past 60 years.

Other aircraft appearing during the evening include the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire, RAF Kingair, RAF Tucano and The Blades Aerobatic Display Team plus the RAF Falcons Parachute Display team.
