Dragons free to take home in Croydon

With stunning loans from the British Museum, alongside the Museum of Croydon's own exceptional collection of Chinese ceramics, Dragon Tales will bring families face to face with centuries-old dragons

What? With stunning loans from the British Museum, alongside the Museum of Croydon's own exceptional collection of Chinese ceramics, Dragon Tales will bring families face to face with centuries-old dragons via a host of events including make-your-own craft workshops.


The loans and main exhibition also mark the re-launch of the museums Riesco Gallery of Chinese Ceramics -an outstanding, internationally significant collection of Chinese ceramics, donated to the borough in 1964 by local resident Raymond Riesco. It comprises 230 pieces, dating from 2500BC to the 1700s. The exhibition is free.


When? From Saturday October 9to Friday December 31, 11am to 5pm (closed Sundays and Bank Holidays)
