Good medicine...
The restored Victorian kitchen garden that has become The Medicine Garden is a wonderfully diverse community space. Visitors are attracted by the Hot House Caf, the Garden Shop, Treatment Room, Larder farm shop and Walled Garden.

Milling about
Cobham Mill is a small 19th century mill situated on the banks of the River Mole and is Surreys only surviving working watermill. It opens from April to October on the second Sunday in each month from 2pm to 5pm.

The Blues...
Chelsea footballers can often be spotted driving through from their nearby homes, since the club opened their state-of-the-art training ground at Stoke dAbernon in 2007.

Sending signals
A stones throw from the M25, Chatley Heath Semaphore Tower was once part of a chain that was used to pass messages between the Admiralty in Whitehall and the Royal Naval Dockyard in Portsmouth. Built in 1822, it is now the only restored surviving tower in the line and hosts open days in the summer.

... Painshill Park, an18th century landscape garden, which suffered years of neglect before being taken over by a charitable trust in the 1980s. Completion of the grotto, Temple of Bacchus and Five Arch Bridge in the coming years will only increase the parks interest.
