Following a period of intense homebuyer demand at various developments in Woking, the residential market remains strong with a high demand. Although Woking has a healthier supply of new homes when compared to most other Surrey towns, in general terms there is a new homes stock shortage in the Surrey region. This has resulted in prices remaining firm with values showing an improvement year-on-year.
