Former Great British Bake Off winner Jo Wheatley will be cooking up sumptuous delights like mocha cake and white chocolate and macadamia bombs at Park Street Interiors in Camberley on Thursday June 27, from 2.30pm.

Tickets are just £15 and can be purchased from Park Street Interiors, Ceramic Tile Warehouse and Stone Gallery, all situated at the end of Bridge Road, Camberley, and the price includes a cup of tea and a slice of cake. All money generated from the ticket sales will go to charity.

This event is the second stage of The Art of Living Group’s campaign to raise £5,000 throughout the year for local charity, KatCanDo. The first, a fashion show launch, raised over £1,000.

The charity, which was set up by the late Kate Coles in 2004, aims to improve the treatment and care of cancer patients in the Surrey and Hampshire area. Kate sadly passed away in 2006 due to colon cancer but close friends and family have continued the charity in her memory.

KatCanDo helps organisations such as Frimley Park Hospital, St Luke’s Cancer Centre, and the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice to purchase equipment and services not always provided by the NHS.

• The Art of Living group incorporates The Ceramic Tile Warehouse, Park Street Interiors and The Stone Gallery all located at the end of Bridge Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 2QR.
