The first ever Weybridge Wine Festival will take place at The Ship Hotel, Monument Green, in support of Sam Beare Hospice on Saturday March 24, 11am to 7pm, and Sunday March 25, 11am to 5pm.

Showcasing wines supplied by members of the Association of Small, Direct Wine merchants will be joined by delicious food from artisan suppliers and free tutored tastings throughout the day.

The entrance fee is 6 and, once inside, you can taste as many wines as you like and sample a range of unusual wines from around the world not normally found on the High Street.

All profits made from ticket sales go to the Weybridge-based Sam Beare Hospice, a charity offering patients and their loved ones much needed care and support in difficult times.

  • Tickets are available from The Ship Hotel, Monument Green, Weybridge and Sam Beare Hospice Bookshop, 7 High Street, Weybridge or online at www.weybridgewinefestival.co.uk.
