Why did you choose to sponsor this particular category?

The ‘event sponsoring’ category was taken! Joking aside, we felt we could relate to this category. I won the inaugural Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Award, 2003 (Young Chef of the Year) and have since gone on to become a judge for the Craft Guild. I have also won the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Employer Excellence in Training Award, plus a selection of Hotel Olympus Salon Culinaire medals.

What are you most looking forward to about the awards?

Although our 1907 restaurant, bar and grill continues to go from strength to strength, in both experience delivery and local awareness, we feel our presence within this awards event will firmly put us on the Surrey food and drink map.
