The Ivy Cobham Brasserie has recently announced its collaboration with Silent Pool Gin in celebration of the restaurant’s second birthday. Guests will be able to enjoy the brasserie’s beautifully updated summer terrace, alongside a floral-inspired dessert and duo of limited-edition cocktails

Taking inspiration from the iconic RHS Chelsea Flower Show and paying homage to the colours of Silent Pool Gin, the restaurant's terrace has been updated with a series of colourful yellow and blue blooms, all creating a quintessential English garden and al fresco dining space for guests to enjoy throughout the summer months.

Those dining at The Ivy Cobham Brasserie will also be able to treat themselves to a series of limited-edition cocktails - including the 'Silent Sparkle;' priced at £10.75 and featuring Silent Pool Gin, ginger & lemongrass cordial, lime juice, Ivy Champagne and garnished with dried lavender, as well as the refreshing 'Camomile Garden;' priced at £11.50 and incorporating Silent Pool Gin, honey water & Fever Tree Indian Tonic, finished with a spritz of camomile aromatics and garnished with a kaffir lime leaf and orange.

James Storey, General Manager at The Ivy Cobham Brasserie says: "I'm very excited to reveal our summer terrace to locals, regular guests and visitors alike. We're delighted to be collaborating with local distillery, Silent Pool Gin, and are looking forward to what the summer months have in store."

The Ivy Cobham Brasserie is accessible and relaxed, holding back a number of tables for walk-ins, allowing locals to drop in throughout the day.
