Pub of the Year finalists
Sponsored by Visit Guildford
The Dog and Pheasant, Brook
We are absolutely delighted to be nominated. As a team, we are continuously pushing ourselves to deliver a premium standard of food, drinks and service. Our customers, old and new, have high expectations of us after seven years at the ‘Dog’, and we strive to provide them with a personal approach that means we can change menus daily to offer both a fresh and varied dining experience. We are very proud to be finalists, alongside some outstanding nominees and it makes all the hard work worthwhile!
The Onslow Arms, West Clandon
We are delighted to have been short-listed. Here at The Onslow Arms we take things very seriously - the quality of our staff and service, our great range of drinks; our fresh home cooked food; and a wonderful ambience. Our kitchen prides itself in producing fresh food at affordable prices; customers can eat in the restaurant, bar, garden room or outside in our stunning garden; and we try to support local suppliers like Mews Gin, Albury Vineyard and Surrey Hills Brewery whilst still offering a great selection of lagers and spirits - we currently stock 12 gins and 14 whiskies!
The Red Lion, Bletchingley
It’s a great honour to be a finalist in two categories of these prestigious awards. Nominated for Entertainment and Pub of the Year by our customers, many who have supported us over the last nine years, is amazing. Loyalty and commitment from our kitchen and front of house team, ensuring our guests have memorable, enjoyable visits and leave with a desire to return again and again, is at the real heart of the success of The Red Lion. Thank you to the readers of Surrey Life, our friends and family and everyone who nominated us. We really appreciate your vote.
