Your best-seller? Alligator Ale (4.6%). A golden ale, it has a very broad appeal and is popular with lager drinkers as well as real ale fans.
Your personal fave? It changes depending on the time of the year. In summer, it’s Alligator Ale and in winter it’s Anastasia’s Exile Stout.
Your most unique? We’ve brewed quite a few over the years! It’s either a walnut infused imperial stout or Mustard Madness, which speaks for itself!
One you wish was yours… Orval by Orval Brewery. It’s brewed at a Trappist brewery in Belgium in a beautiful location with a monastery that dates back to 1132 AD. The beer is dry-hopped for extra aroma and has a semi wild yeast that gives a unique flavour.
What’s next stage for your brewery? Going forward, we’re looking at kegging some of our beers and growing our bottled beer sales.
Finally, where’s the best place for people to try your beer? There are a lot of outlets in Surrey that stock our beers, including Cobbetts in Dorking, The Herbert Wells in Woking, Claude du Vall in Camberley and The Sun in Redhill.
