In the woods of Wintefold, near Cranleigh, an imposing sculptural pod celebrates the Surrey Hills – and your creativity could help to bring it to life.

Covered in wooden tiles, Perspectives by artist Giles Miller, is part of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’s Inspiring Views project, one of five artworks installed along the Greensand Way.
Some of the decorative tiles already feature words celebrating our county’s countryside, but there’s room for more.
Surrey Life has teamed up with the project’s organisers to invite our talented readers to share your four¬line poems about your love for life in the Surrey Hills.
The best of these will then be inscribed onto Perspectives and feature in the pages of Surrey Life magazine soon.

A recommended walk along the Greensand Way, taking in a few of the sculptures.
