Failure to quote the reference when entering this competition will result in the entry being removed from the prize draw. All entrants must be over the age of 21 and hold a valid in-date passport and visa for travel to the United States of America. Employees of the promoter Hills Balfour Synergy, North Carolina, North American Travel Service, Sony & Archant Publications, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition. Competition closes at 01.07.08 with winners notified on 02.07.08. The prize is for 2 people only and includes return economy class flights departing from London in, flying to North Carolina. Reservations for the trip must be made by 30th November 2008 and the trip is valid for travel till 31st October 2009, excluding blackout dates and subject to availability. Flights are non-inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges, and are the responsibility of all prize winners. The prize also includes 7 nights accommodation in North Carolina. All meals, activities and personal expenses are the responsibility of all prize winners. Restrictions apply for the entire prize trip and both adults must travel together for all elements of the prize trip. Once the reservation has been confirmed no changes can be made. Travel insurance is not included in the prize, and all prize winners are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them (and everyone in their party) for the entire duration of the prize trip, and this must be both fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The runners up prize will also be drawn on the same date as the first prize, with winners also notified at the same time as the first prize. The runners up prize includes a Sony 32" LCD TV and a Sony Home Entertainment package (including DVD player & surround sound system). All prizes are subject to availability, with the promoter Hills Balfour Synergy (on behalf of North Carolina), and all prize partners included in the competition, to take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused due to the unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the prize. The promoter Hills Balfour Synergy (on behalf of North Carolina), accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s or their guest/s in entering the draw or accepting the prize. The entries will be judged by an independent judge. The judges decision is final, and should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
