We were looking for those venues that not only take their food and drink seriously but also have entertainment to match

My feelings were, that although the other two venues had obvious strengths, The Boileroom was going the extra mile with its entertainment and engaging with the local community, putting on community evenings/projects as well as bringing on and assisting new business start ups.’
