Person interviewed: Neel Singh, owner

Your best-seller? Pilcrow Pale Ale – it’s a nice, light, citrus-flavoured beer. Great for drinking whatever the weather!

Your personal fave? I love our Buffalo Buffalo American Pale Ale – it’s filled with rare hops from America and is packed full of flavour.

Your most unique? Lunar White – it’s an unusual white wheat beer. It’s a new recipe and we are very excited by it!

One you wish was yours… Camden Pale Ale - I just love the flavour of it.

What’s next stage for your brewery? We are on course to triple in size this year and are moving to a new purpose built facility in Capel, near Dorking. We are also looking to substantially upgrade our kit.

Finally, where’s the best place for people to try your beer? We’re in plenty of pubs but the best place to try our beer is direct from the brewery – you can pick up our cans or take away containers. We also host occasional open days, which have proven really popular.
