Nestled on the side of the A25 near Newlands Corner, we have been building a reputation for 25 years as Guildfords best loved, family run Italian restaurant.
Carlos continued passion for food and wine is reflected in a much talked about Specials Board and a wine list in which every wine has been specially selected by Carlo to complement his menu.
The specials board changes daily and is where you will find all the days fresh fish and seafood, Calamari Fritti, Spaghetti Vongole, Octopus Carpaccio, King Prawns, Fillet of Seabass.
Carlos enthusiasm is at its highest when back in the kitchen leading the production of his exquisite handmade raviolis, Porcini and Cream of White Truffle, Tiger Prawn and Crayfish, Wild Pheasant and Partridge to name just a few of the varieties you will find.
Weekends are busy, especially Saturday evening and Sunday lunch, when many of the regular customers are like family to Carlo and his loyal team of staff. During the week and on Sunday a great value set lunch menu with at least six choices per course is available.

Carlos is also a fantastic venue for celebrations with parties of up to 120 catered for. Modern arches provide perfect partitions allowing you to feel you have your own private area whilst retaining the warmth and ambience of the restaurant. A stylish, spacious bar area great for pre dinner drinks or mingling after your meal all make for the perfect venue.
Both Carlo and his wife Bonnie have years of experience in helping you create the special celebration whether it be a wedding, christening, anniversary or special birthday, theyre personally there to guide you.
